Billboard and Butterflies’ Playmates Party 2025 spectacular returns Friday, expanding to On Top Bangkok to bring the number of sexy bunnies on Nana Plaza’s top floor to more than 200.
A free pizza buffet, including a variety of side dishes, will be available on both sides of the horseshoe-shaped top floor to serve all three bars. Doors open 8 p.m. on Dec. 12 and table bookings are being taken on the Billboard, Butterflies and On Top VIP Clubs on the Line messaging app.
Playmates Party 2025 – 3 Bars Strong
The addition of On Top to the Playmates Party 2025 turns this year’s event into the largest gala Nana Plaza has ever seen, with about 230 ladies in Playboy Bunny-esque costumes taking over the plaza’s top floor. Attendance is always huge, so – especially if you have not made a reservation – be sure to arrive early.
The other notable thing about this year’s party is that, for the first time, the Billboard Group is hosting a gala on a Friday night, instead of the traditional Saturday date.
Epic Parties, Every Time
Billboard, Butterflies and On Top parties are not your usual “party in name only” promotion put on by most go-go bars. It’s more than just balloons and a poster, it’s a full-on extravaganza from special costumes for the ladies, to elaborate decorations, ice sculptures, free food and more.
Party Season at the Billboard Group starts with the Billboard anniversary celebration in September, then the Butterflies version in November and, finally, the Playmates Party in December, which doubles as the birthday party for Billboard’s boss.
On Top’s 1st Playmates Appearance
The integration of On Top into the Playmates ecosystem reflects the bar’s rapid elevation within the group’s lineup since its January opening.
Built as a modern, high-end lounge next to Butterflies, On Top entered the market with a younger target demographic and a design aimed at blending nightclub elements with traditional go-go staging.
The bar has about 40 ladies on the roster, although less than half of those can fit on stage at the same time. Seating is also limited to about 40. In short, On Top is a VIP-style lounge with lots of eye candy. The Playmates will fit right in.
Playmates Party Goes Big
The Playmates Party has never relied on pageants or single-winner formats. Its identity has remained rooted in large numbers of ladies in coordinated outfits blanketing Nana Plaza’s top floor.
This year’s Friday scheduling drops the Playmates Party 2025 on to the biggest night of the week in Nana Plaza. Ownership expects heavy movement between the three bars throughout the night, with Playmates historically drawing both dedicated followers of individual bars and first-time visitors drawn by sheer scale.
The Playmates Party 2025 now serves as the group’s most visible statement event of the year. It closes the annual arc of major promotions with its largest dancer count to date and its widest spatial footprint.
