PenthouseX Bikini Pool Party Feb. 9 Celebrates Rebirth of Pattaya’s Naughty-Boy Playground

The first-ever Bikini Pool Party at Pattaya’s hot new PenthouseX go-go bar will let you splash some sexy Pattaya bargirls or just get them wet.

Located inside totally renovated Penthouse Hotel on Pattayaland Soi 2 (Soi 13/4) just a rock’s throw from Walking Street, PenthouseX is truly Sin City’s most-unique go-go bar, with three stages, a Jacuzzi, cozy VIP lounge with curtained sofa nooks, and a large swimming pool, the site of Sunday’s Bikini Pool Party.

History Restored at Penthouse Pattaya

Penthouse/PenthouseX’s owners have spent years and tens of millions of baht restoring the historic hotel and its facilities, retaining the spirit of the decades-old monument to Pattaya’s naughty-boy history while cleaning and updating it to 2025 standards.

The hotel itself still has its famous rooms, outfitted with go-go poles, LED (replacing neon) lighting, hot tubs and sex swings, but now the entire hotel looks – and smells – new and clean, a far cry from the grotty environment Pattaya old timers will remember. Even the electrics have been redone, with USB(-A) ports added to wall sockets.

Kittens Becomes PenthouseX

The go-go, PenthouseX, replaces the old Kittens go-go bar and looks more like a nightclub than chrome pole palace. For starters, there’s not a mirror to be found. Instead, the walls ceilings are lined with programmable LED lights. The sound system also is nightclub quality.

Again, eschewing the typical go-go model, there is no stadium seating. Instead, guests sit in VIP-like areas with large tables and even their own go-go stage. Or you choose high bar tables or sit around the Jacuzzi.

The VIP lounge is done out all in red, with a huge TV and private audio system. A small stage separtes two rows of plush private sofas and pillows, each of which can be curtained off for privacy.

Step through the VIP lounge and you enter the Bikini Pool Party area. The “old” Penthouse always had a pool and, in fact, there was a window where you could look into the go-go or vice versa. The window is gone, but now PenthouseX has added a spiral staircase over the water that leads directly to the rooms. How’s that for convenience and discretion?

The pool was the last part of the huge go-go – Pattaya’s largest by floor space – to come online and PenthouseX is celebrating its opening Feb. 9 with its first Bikini Pool Party. The dozens of Penthouse Pets will trade their chrome poles for water wings. Guests and girls alike can splash about and enjoy poolside drinks.

The fun begins at 8 p.m., so bring your swim trunks and even book a room upstairs to enjoy what PenthouseX calls Pattaya’s Extreme Adult Entertainment.
